This sale is being held pursuant to the power of sale granted in a certain Deed of Trust (“Deed of Trust”) filed for record on May 15, 2019, as Instrument No. 201900919 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Seward County, Nebraska, naming BANK OF THE VALLEY, a Nebraska banking corporation, as beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was assigned to Nelly Farm Partners, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability Company, by an Assignment of Deed of Trust dated January 30, 2020, and recorded on February 4, 2020, as Instrument No. 202000353 in the office of the Register of Deeds Seward County, Nebraska.
