With joyful hope in the resurrection, the family of Jon Douglas Oswald announces he was welcomed into his heavenly home on Sept. 7, 2026, after a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis.
Jon was born Jan. 17, 1950, in Geneva. He married the love of his life, Sandy Eberspacher, on March 14, 1975, and they were blessed with two children, Cassie and Luke.

A memorial service will be Saturday, Oct. 3 at 11 a.m. at Millcreek Community Church in Shawnee.
