Donald Arthur Neuman was born May 1, 1933, to Arthur and Tillie (Posvar) Neuman in Schuyler.
On April 16, 1955, Donald was united in marriage to Patricia Gainey in Schuyler. He served in the United States Army from December 1955 - December 1957.
