The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:00pm at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Olson, Swanson, Powell, Olhsen, Baack. Following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: agenda, Minutes November 2, 2020, Resolution 2020-12 to replace previous purchase order resolution, to change appointment of G. Dishman to a two- year appointment to park board, to send Determination of Nuisance property to 401 Nebraska, to give .50 raise to E Slauter, to approve annual performance pay to employees working 2000 hrs per year and motion to adjourn at 8:25pm.
