Village of Utica Proceedings December 5, 2022 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:00pm at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Trustees Swanson, Powell, Micek and Olson. Absent: Baack. The following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: consent agenda, liquor license for Centennial Market, Ordinance 782 Trustee salaries, appoint Solheim Law firm, reports from, Fire Chief, Sheriff, Chairperson, Park, Maintenance, and Clerk. Motion to adjourn sine die at 7:43 pm. The reorganization meeting started at 7:43 pm with the Oath of Office by Powell and Ramsey. Roll call answered by Swanson, Powell, Micek, Olson and Ramsey.
