Village of Goehner September 3, 2024 The Village of Goehner Board of Trustees met in open session on September 3, 2024, at the Goehner Fire Hall, as posted in three places in the Village. Chairperson Knisley announced the location of the OPEN MEETINGS ACT POSTER. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Knisley at 7:30 p.m., at the Goehner Fire Hall. Upon roll call, the following board members were present: Agena, Besse, Ostrander, Bialas and Knisley. CONSENT AGENDA: Minutes of 8/6/2024; Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date. Trustee Ostrander moved to approve the consent agenda, with a second by Besse. RCV-Aye: Ostrander, Agena, Besse, Bialas, Knisley. Nuisance Properties: Tim Dworak will be looking at the house and report what repairs need to be done. Street/Water/Sewer: Past due water bills discussion was tabled until October meeting. Special Meeting for Budget was set for September 17th. October meeting was requested to be changed to October 15th @ 6:00. November meeting will be changed to November 12th @ 7:30. At request of Village Clerk /Treasurer a full audit of Village accounts will be done. Trustee Ostrander made a motion to have Gabriel, Burger, & Else, CPA of Seward do the audit.
