VILLAGE OF GOEHNER PROCEEDINGS September 17,2024 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:00 pm at the Goehner Community Center. Trustees present: Ostrander, Agena, Besse and Knisley. Absent: Bialas. The following actions were taken with motions properly carried. One and Six year street hearing opened at 7:05, closed at 7:07 plan is routine maintenance, no discussion; vote to approve Resolution 287 passed; vote to approve Resolution 286 signing of the Municipal Annual Certification of Program Compliance passed. Budget hearing opened at 7:15; budget was published 9/11/2024, closed at 717, no discussion; vote to approve Ordinance 267 to adopt fiscal budget passed. Hearing to set Final Tax Levy was opened at 7:10, closed at 7:12, no discussion; Resolution 285 to set tax level was read and approved.
