VILLAGE OF BEAVER CROSSING PROCEEDINGS December 14th, 2016 Organizational Meeting The Village Board of Trustees of Beaver Crossing, NE, met in open session at 7pm, at the village hall on December 14th, 2016. Public notices were posted prior at Farmers & Merchants bank, the marquee sign, the village hall and the US Post Office. Upon roll call the following board members were present: Chairman Gerald Zieg, Vice Chair Steve Vavra, Dick Pariset and John Davis. Laura Schluckebier was absent. Staff present were Clerk/Treasurer Jill Sharkey and Maintenance Man Alex Kohout. Also present were Kayla Anderson, Zoning Administrator Gary Grantski, Street Superintendent Ryan Kavan and incoming board Members Mike Banks, Bruce Pankoke and Lance Breikreutz. The meeting was opened and minutes were approved for the following meetings: November 16th, 2016, November 30th, 2016, and December 5th, 2016. The new board members recited their oath and took their chairs. The following appointments were made: 1) Jerry Zieg as chairman 2) Steve Vavra as vice chair 3) Jill Sharkey as clerk/treasurer 4) Gary Grantski as zoning administrator 5) Alex Kohout as maintenance man 6) Greg Damman as village attorney 7) JEO as village engineer 8) Ryan Kavan as street superintendent Meeting Adjourned at 7:10 pm Minutes Approved by Gerald Zieg, chairman of the board.
