Hundreds gathered at the Seward County courthouse Feb. 16 to hold a candlelight vigil in memory of Jamie Hagen. The 36-year-old Seward resident was killed in her home Feb. 8, and her ex-fiance has been charged with homicide. The vigil was also to draw attention to the problem of domestic violence.
