Stat. § 16-201 and Seward Municipal Code § 340-1.2, public notice is hereby given that the City Council, pursuant to Ordinance 2019-06, has authorized the conveyance of the real property by the City of Seward to Gregory L. Mueller and Michelle D. Mueller, legally described as Lot 1, Cornerstone Addition, City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska. Registered voters of the City of Seward shall have thirty (30) days from March 20, 2019, to protest the conveyance of the Property in accordance with the procedures set forth in Neb. Rev.
