ORDINANCE NO. 17-1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BEAVER CROSSING, NEBRASKA, PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RATES FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICES PURSUANT TO SECTION 7-101 OF THE VILLAGE REVISED MUNICIPAL CODE; PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER BILLS; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING A TIME WHEN THIS ORDINANCE GOES INTO FORCE AND EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BEAVER CROSSING, NEBRASKA. Section 1. That the Village of Beaver Crossing is hereby adopting Ordinance No. 17-1 Section 2. That effective May 1, 2017, the monthly rate for water service for all persons served by water and sewer service of the Village of Beaver Crossing, Nebraska shall be as follows: Water: $33.48 Sewer: $14.41 Section 3. That the administrative fee for disconnection of water service as provided for in Section 7-103B of the Village Revised Municipal Code shall be $25.00. The administrative fee for reconnection of water service shall be $50.00. Section 4. That any other ordinance or section passed and approved prior to the passage, approval and publication or posting of this ordinance in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall go into force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication or posting as required by law.
