OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS VILLAGE OF STAPLEHURST April 29, 2014 The following is a condensed form of minutes. A complete copy is on file at the Village Hall. The Staplehurst Village Board held their monthly meeting at 8:00 P.M. at the village hall. Chairman Wurm called the meeting to order and announced the open meeting act. Roll call was taken with members Present: Wurm, Ruether, Thompson, Meyer and Decker. The minutes of the March meeting were read and approved. The claims were approved. Fire Department Claims of 896.95 were approved. Julie Ogden with JEO was present to explain options for street repairs. Amour Coating was decided upon. Repair streets with limit of 50,000.00. The following claims were approved: Blevens, 200.00; Jones Insurance 125.00; USA BlueBook 131.91; Seward County Public Power 1703.89; Farmers Coop 97.55; Seward Lumber 956.27; NNTC 55.03; Waste Connections 144.29; Midwest Laboratories 41.55; Seward County Independent 10.80; One Call Concepts 2.95; Taylor's Drain & Sewer 425.00; NE.PHE Lab 15.00; NE Department of Revenue 251.40; Plains Equipment 83.47; Black Hills Energy 158.22; Constellation Energy 380.49; Derrick Luebbe 162.78; EFTPS 794.16; Salaries 2752.07.
