NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEWARD COUNTY SHERIFF is soliciting sealed bids until April 11th, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., in order for the County to: EXPAND office space at 2737 Van Dorn Rd, Milford, NE 68405. Copies of the Bid Documents and Specifications are on file and open to public inspection by contacting the Seward County Sheriff’s Office at 402-643-2359. The sealed bids are to be: 1. Plainly marked “Attention: Seward County Clerk, SEWARD COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE EXPANSION”. 2. Mailed or submitted to the Clerk of Seward County, County Courthouse, 529 Seward Street, PO Box 190, Seward, Nebraska 68434. 3. Stamp received by April 11, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. 4. Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents. The Bids will be opened on April 11, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Seward County Courthouse, Commissioners Room, 3rd floor, 529 Seward Street, Seward, Nebraska, 68434. Under the Bid Proposal, payment shall be made by Seward County within thirty (30) days after actual date of completion. The Notice to Bidders, Specifications, and Bid Proposal are all considered a part of the Contract. The County may consider bids from multiple bidders. Alternate bids will not be considered or accepted.
