At that time, bids from pre-qualified contractors will be publicly opened and read for the services of Noxious Weed Spraying on NDOR Right of-Way in the following counties of Nebraska: Butler, Saunders, Seward, Lancaster, Jefferson, Saline, Gage, Pawnee, Cass, Otoe, Johnson, Nemaha, and Richardson.
