NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO AMEND CREDIT UNION BYLAWS Notice is hereby given that Liberty First Credit Union, Lincoln, Nebraska, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Credit Union Act, has filed a request with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance for approval to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership to all persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in Adams, Antelope, Boone, Buffalo, Butler, Cass, Clay, Colfax, Custer, Dawson, Dodge, Douglas, Fillmore, Franklin, Frontier, Furnas, Gage, Garfield, Gosper, Greeley, Hall, Hamilton, Harlan, Howard, Jefferson, Johnson, Kearney, Lancaster, Madison, Merrick, Nance, Nemaha, Nuckolls, Otoe, Pawnee, Phelps, Pierce, Platte, Polk, Red Willow, Richardson, Saline, Sarpy, Saunders, Seward, Sherman, Stanton, Thayer, Valley, Washington, Webster, Wheeler and York Counties in Nebraska.
