NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Public notice is hereby given by the Planning Commission of the City of Seward, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on July 9, 2018, at the Seward Municipal Building, 142 North 7th Street, Seward, Nebraska. Public notice is hereby also given by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Seward, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on July 17, 2018, at the Seward Municipal Building, 142 North 7th Street, Seward, Nebraska. The purpose of both hearings is to obtain public comment prior to the review and consideration of a proposed amendment to the redevelopment plan for the City of Seward, including a specific redevelopment project. The property which is the subject of this notice and of the public hearing is generally located at the southwest corner of 6th Street and Jackson Street in Seward, and is legally described as follows: Lots One (1) and Four (4), Block Seven (7) Original Town of City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska.
