NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. and the City Council of the City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at 142 North 7th Street, Seward, Nebraska. Said public hearing will be to review a Re-zone application to the City of Seward Unified Land Development Ordinance; said application is to re-zone a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Section 28, Township 11 North, Range 3 East of the 6th P.M. Seward County, Nebraska from AG Agricultural District to RR Rural Residential District. The area which is the subject of this notice and of the public hearings is described as follows.
