NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is given that the Seward County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 22, 2018, 7:30 p.m., at the Seward Civic Center 616 Bradford Street, Seward, Nebraska, with regard to the following: Proposal regarding possible amendments to the Zoning Regulations of Seward County Nebraska, consistent with Title 428-Public Road Classifications. Pursuant to Article 3, General Regulations, Section 3.08 of the Seward County Nebraska Zoning Regulations. The proposed amendments relate to regulations for Minimum Maintenance Roads. The proposed amendments would affect Section 3.08. of the existing regulations, and would add a new Section 3.08.2 Road and Maintenance Regulations for Livestock Feeding Operations, and a new section 3.08.3 Road and Maintenance Regulations for Subdivisions. A copy of the full text of all proposed amendments is available at the Seward County Zoning Office and the Seward County Clerk’s Office.
