The Seward High football team enters the field before its Class B semifinal battle with Omaha Skutt Nov. 15. The Jays led at halftime, but the Skyhawks came back in the second half to win 42-21 and end Seward's season with an 11-1 record. It was Seward's best season since winning the state title in 2001.
