VILLAGE OF UTICA Proceedings December 8, 2020 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in special reorganizational session at 7:00pm at the Village Auditorium. Roll Call answered by Swanson, Powell, Olhsen, Baack and Micek. Following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: agenda, close nominations and to approve James Swanson as Chairman; close nominations and approve Nathan Baack as President, Accept Board of Adjustment, Planning Commission, Park Board, Economic Development Review Board, Citizens Advisory Review Board and Village appointments, adopt Resolution 2020-13 to authorize Village Chairman to sign 2020 year-end Certification of City Street Superintendent, adopt Resolution 2020-14 to appoint Justin Stark Street Superintendent for 2021, to pay Fehlhafers Inc invoice, to deny payment of Masonry Restoration invoice and to send letter explaining why, to table PTO rough draft policy until January, to purchase a chainsaw, clerk to register for Clerk School and a room at Ramada Inn, to write performance checks as soon as possible, accept reports from, Fire Chief, Sheriff, Zoning, Park, Maintenance, Clerk, Treasurer, and Keno.
