Chair highlights: Street Fund awaiting all bids before voting on street repair costs. Clerk highlights: Working with Miller & Associates on Public Water Grant leftover funds with September 1st deadline; EPA agency letters sent August 26th; board reviewing proposed Trustee Responsibility list; one courtesy clean-up letter to be sent; attorney contact regarding RV occupancy ordinance; Municipal Annual Certification approved; GBE provided fiscal year budget recommendation with special meeting scheduled to determine levy percentage and property tax impact.
