Board approved water tower construction work plan with village matching 20% of cost; approved estimated $4,000 payment for soil investigation services with Miller & Associates to coordinate with company that worked with Village of Bradshaw. Board approved switching insurance coverage from EMC to CWG for 2026 to ensure coverage for commercial buildings at 155 S 3rd and 100 A St, property and equipment. Maintenance highlights: Christmas lights to be hung December 2nd; tractor tires replaced; equipment ready for winter; Class 4 certification training scheduled December 2nd-4th; water tower/pumps flushed.
