Engineer highlights: Engineering contract to be completed for EPA submittal; Miller & Associates requested permission to increase well spacing to 450 feet; discussed water project funding of $680,000 at 2% for 30 years with monthly increase of $19.46 per service; no action taken. Maintenance highlights: Lawn mower needs maintenance; approved final payment to Jamison Fern including last hours and paid PTO. Chair highlights: Approved addresses for second attorney letters regarding property cleanup; received lawn service bid of $625 per mow/weekly with two additional bids pending; alley crater update postponed pending Trustee Stava's input. Clerk highlights: Municipal accounting training scheduled for June 19th/20th; office hours changed to Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; reviewed water/sewer past dues with no action taken.
