Roll Call was answered by Stava, Frank, Hans & Wilken. The following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Bids received from Overhead Door for Fire Department garage door: 12'x10' $4,027.71 and 25'x10' $9,425.47; waiting on header price for April meeting discussion. Approved: plot extension at 805 A Street allowing for additional Lot 2. Approved: change of signers on Village safe deposit box at Jones Bank, removing Donna Thompson and Sharon Reinmiller, adding Chair Deb Frank and Village Clerk Bobbi McVey Blath. Approved: implementation of policies and procedures for Building Permit, Water/Sewer Delinquencies, and Hardship Agreement. Board recommended looking into commercial grade shredder for Shred Day to be discussed at April meeting.
