VILLAGE OF STAPLEHURST MINUTES The Staplehurst Village Board met on March 25, 2025. Trustees Frank and Wilken were present; no quorum was met, so no official action was taken. The board reviewed the February Sheriff’s report and heard the Fire Department’s update, which included recent call volume and a bid to widen the garage door. Jones Insurance introduced themselves and will provide a proposal. Maintenance reported storm-related issues, equipment needs, and curb stop repairs. Updates were shared on 805 A Street, 725 B Street cleanup bids, and the water tower project. The Clerk reported on nuisance letters, delinquent accounts, shredding day costs, and policy reviews.
