VILLAGE OF GOEHNER October 06, 2020 The following is a condensed form of the minutes. A complete copy is on file and available for inspection upon request at the Village office. The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:30 pm at the Goehner Community Center. Trustees present: Besse, Bialas and Knisley. Ostrander arrived at 7:41 & Dodson called in at 8pm. The following actions were taken with motions properly carried. Approved: Consent agenda (Minutes of 9/1/2020 Meeting; Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date); Zane Francescato presented information about the Seward County Housing Study; Discussion of Nuisance Property in town, Ostrander to contact neighboring business owners about how to proceed. Multiple water lines have had to be jetted over the past month. Board voted to reimburse Larry Eret for the $364 bill he had for water backing up because of the village maintenance. Trash Panda contacted Chairman about using the village tree dump to dispose of limbs for the next 6 months. Board approved the usage with a $150 fee to be paid to the village for the use. A closed session was held to discuss pending litigation.
