VILLAGE OF GOEHNER MAY 6, 2025 The Village of Goehner Board of Trustees met in open session on May 6, 2025, at the Goehner Fire Hall, as posted in three places in the Village. Chairperson Knisley announced the location of the OPEN MEETINGS ACT POSTER. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Knisley at 7:30 p.m., at the Goehner Fire Hall. Upon roll call, the following board members were present: Agena, Anthony, Ostrander, Bialas and Knisley. CONSENT AGENDA: Minutes of 4/1/2025; Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date. Trustee Ostrander moved to approve the consent agenda, with a second by Agena. RCV-Aye: Ostrander, Agena, Anthony, Bialas and Knisley. Report from building inspector regarding house on May street that is inhabitable was provided to the trustees. Suggestions on next steps were provided and will be forwarded to Village Lawyer. Ordinance 269 – Adoption of the 2018 International Building Code was read and approved. Letter will be sent to residence on Frances street that has furniture piled in back yard. MC.
