VILLAGE OF GOEHNER MARCH 4, 2025 The Village of Goehner Board of Trustees met in open session on March 4, 2025, at the Goehner Fire Hall, as posted in three places in the Village. Chairperson Knisley announced the location of the OPEN MEETINGS ACT POSTER. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Knisley at 7:38 p.m., at the Goehner Fire Hall. Upon roll call, the following board members were present: Agena, Anthony, Ostrander and Knisley. Absent: Bialas CONSENT AGENDA: Minutes of 2/11/2025; Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date. Trustee Ostrander moved to approve the consent agenda, with a second by Agena. RCV-Aye: Ostrander, Agena, Anthony and Knisley. Check with Tim Dworak of status of inspection of abandoned house on May street. Tree at house on May Street needs to be removed, no response has been made from home owner. Village will remove the tree and charge the home owner. Discussion of Seasonal help for the Village. MC. Adjourned at 7:50 pm.
