VILLAGE OF GOEHNER GOEHNER, NE The Village of Goehner Board of Trustees met in open and regular session on January 3, 2023, at the Goehner Fire Hall, as posted in three places in the Village. Chairperson Knisley announced the location of the OPEN MEETINGS ACT POSTER. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Knisley at 7:30 p.m., at the Goehner Fire Hall. Upon roll call, the following board members were present: Ostrander, Agena, Besse, Bialas and Knisley. CONSENT AGENDA: Minutes of 12/6/2022; Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date; Trustee Ostrander moved to approve the consent agenda, with second by Agena. RCV: Ostrander, Agena, Besse, Besse, Knisley. Motion Carried. Zoning – nothing to report. Nuisance Properties – nothing to report. Next Solid waste / Recycling meeting is 1/19/23 Traffic Report emailed board. Street, Water, Sewer Report – lift station by Jensen’s needs pulled up as it is making noise. Everything else looks good.Commissioner Hain – update on SENDD project. 2 of 4 agencies have agreed to participate but no further action has been taken. ARPA Funds available if a project comes up.Clerk reported Ordinance update (8.1 & 8.4) – change max size of building to a % of total lot size and determine accurate % of rear yard to remain undeveloped.
