Village of Goehner February 3, 2026 The Village of Goehner Board of Trustees met in open session on February 3, 2026, at the Goehner Fire Hall, as posted in three places in the Village. Chairperson Knisley announced the location of the OPEN MEETINGS ACT POSTER. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Knisley at 7:30 p.m., at the Goehner Fire Hall. Upon roll call, the following board members were present: Agena, Anthony, Ostrander, Bialas and Knisley. CONSENT AGENDA: Minutes of 1/6/2026; Treasurer’s Report; Bills payable to date. Trustee Ostrander moved to approve the consent agenda, with a second by Agena. RCV-Aye: Ostrander, Agena, Anthony, Bialas and Knisley. Certified letter was sent to owner of house at 1041 May street to allow entry for inspection and testing for asbestos before demolition. Owner was given 20 days to respond. SSCSWMA meeting was held January 29th with a discussion to change of bylaws for how votes are distributed to entities within the agency. Call was made to JEO to come out and meet with Trustee Anthony regarding conditions of the Village streets. MC. Adjourned at 7:55 pm.
