VILLAGE OF BEAVER CROSSING December 9, 2020 Following is condensed form of the minutes for the December 9, 2020, Reorganizational/Regular meeting. A complete copy is on file at Village Hall, 800 Dimery St, Beaver Crossing, NE. The Village Board of the Village of Beaver Crossing met in open public session at 7:00 pm at the Village Hall. Board members present: G. Zieg, J. Leif, L. Breitkreutz, B. Pankoke, M Banks, JP Black. Absent: none. Motions were properly made, seconded and carried for the following: Certification of Election Report, Board Chairman, Vice Chairman, Village appointments for 2021, Treasurer Report, Claims, Minutes, Building Permit 17-20, enter and leave executive session, and a Special Designated License. Oath of office was sworn by M. Banks, JP Black and L Breitkreutz, Maintenance report, update on purchase of cameras, discussion on nuisance properties, will contact SENDD for a progression plan. Community Betterment report, the gutters have been installed on the restroom/snack building. Discussion was held on the addition to the Fire Department. Meeting adjourned at 9:11 pm. P.
