STATE OF NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES NOTICE OF APPLICATION NEX-10062 FOR A NON-EXPEDITED CHANGE OF APPROPRIATION Seward County Water Division 1-D Notice is hereby given on January 17, 2024, Terry Richters and Stanley Roebke filed in the Department of Natural Resources (Department) application NEX-10062 requesting a non-expedited change of appropriation under A-6043. Water appropriation A-6043, with a priority date of March 9, 1954, is a permit to divert 0.49 cubic feet per second of water from Lincoln Creek at a point of diversion in the NW¼SW¼ of Section 33, Township 12 North, Range 02 East of the 6th P.M. Seward County, for irrigation of 69 acres of land. Application NEX-10062 requests the point of diversion be changed to the NW¼SE¼ of Section 03, Township 11 North, Range 02 East of the 6th P.M. in Seward County and that 24 of the 69 acres appurtenant to A-6043 be transferred to the SE¼ of Section 03 of said legal description and spread to irrigate 63.2 acres.
