REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Architectural / Engineering Services Village of Beaver Crossing, Nebraska The Village of Beaver Crossing, Nebraska is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified architectural and/or multidisciplinary architectural– engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional design and construction-phase services for the construction of a new community center located at 1019 Elk Street, Beaver Crossing, Nebraska. The work includes programming, design, preparation of construction documents and specifications, assistance with procurement of construction services, and construction-phase administration for a facility of approximately 6,000 - 8,000 square feet. This project is funded in part by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administered through the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (NDED Project No. 25-PWF-002) and is subject to applicable federal and state requirements. Firms will be evaluated and selected on the basis of qualifications. Fee or price information must not be submitted with the statement of qualifications and will not be a factor in selection; compensation will be negotiated with the most qualified firm following selection.
