Stat. § 16-201 and Seward Municipal Code § 340-1.2, public notice is hereby given that the City Council, pursuant to Ordinance 2022-14, has authorized the conveyance of the real property by the City of Seward to Hillcrest Evangelical Free Church for a sum of one-hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00), and legally described as: Lot 1, Seward Rail Campus PUD First Addition, Corrected, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 11 North, Range 3 East of the 6th P.M., City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska Registered voters of the City of Seward shall have thirty (30) days from September 7, 2022 to protest the conveyance of the Property in accordance with the procedures set forth in Neb.
