Stat. § 16-201 and Seward Municipal Code § 340-1.2, public notice is hereby given that the City Council, pursuant to Ordinance 2025-14, has authorized the conveyance of the real property by the City of Seward to Good Life, Ltd. d/b/a Parker Baby, Co., for a sum of five hundred and thirty-three thousand, nine hundred and eighty-eight dollars, and thirteen cents ($533,988.13), and legally described as: Lot 14, Seward Rail Campus PUD 2nd Addition, City of Seward, Seward County, Nebraska Registered voters of the City of Seward shall have thirty (30) days from June 4, 2025, to protest the conveyance of the Property in accordance with the procedures set forth in Neb.
