PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. intends to construct a communications facility at TBD 196th Road, Garland, Seward County, Nebraska (Latitude: 40° 57' 17.77" N and Longitude: 96° 59' 9.76" W). The facility will include a self-support telecommunications tower with an overall height of 194 ft. and associated equipment. Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
