PROCEEDINGS VILLAGE OF BEE BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 4, 2016 The following is a condensed form of minutes from the general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees held in the Village Hall. A complete copy of said minutes is on file in the office of the Village and is available for public inspection. Notices were posted. THE GENERAL MEETING of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees was called to order by Board Member Rech at 7:02 p.m. Rech, Dart, Shipley, Slack and Timblin answered roll call. Village Attorney Damman, Village Clerk Resa Lavicky and a few residents were also present. Notices were posted in three locations. Rech stated the location of the Open Meetings Act poster. The following motions were made, seconded, and carried: to forego reading of December Minutes, to approve December Minutes, to approve Treasurer's Report, to designate John Hughes as building inspector, to waive utilities deposit for one resident and refund another's, to place an ad in bridal edition of SCI, to approve liquor license to Bottle Rocket and Makovicka Winery for ballroom event, to forego the reading of and to pay the following claims: Seward County Sheriff $104.50 Security; USPS $47.00 Supplies/Postage; Black Hills $123.78 Purchased utilities; Card Services $542.42 maintenance and supplies; Constellation $186.19 Purchased utilities; Columbus Telegram $42.88 Advertising for water operator; Damman $45.00 Legal, December; Heiman $719.15 VFD supplies; Mid America Recycling $13.25 Purchased utilities; NE Public Health Environmental Lab $496.40 Repair Maintenance; Pac N Save $2040.71 catering for dinner theater; Richters $220.90 maintenance on ballroom basement pipes; Seward County Clerk $357.06 election fees; York County EMA $16.00 VFD supplies; Windstream $210.56 Purchased utilities; Seward County Public Power Dist $1239.80 Purchased utilities; VoB Sewer Reserve Acct $115.50 Transfer to Reserve; Salaries and reimbursements, $1,143.31., and to adjourn the meeting at 8:03p.m. The next regular meeting will be February 1, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall.
