PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLEASANT DALE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The following is a condensed version of the minutes from the May 14th 2026 for the Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees. Insulation in fire wall.Fire –3 went to fire schoolParks – sprinkler system ball field-repairStreets –Burton Asphalt Crack seal May 18th-north-south-then work way through middle. Water/Sewer –Coliform negative 4.65 nitrate level-siren batteries replaced. Seward county P&Z committee meeting to discuss increase milage and # of houses on a ¼ extending to 8 houses per section. The first two miles into Seward county. First 2 miles Taxed like Lancaster county. Very little water from saline co to i80. Looking to increase housing north where water is good all the way to garland. The group is concerned about water, schools, fire dept support rural living roads and traffic all increase. Sewer back up under 103 pipes were jet blasted and send camera through. Clay pipes have roots coming through every joint. Work on digging this out and fixing before its an emergency situation.
