PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLEASANT DALE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The following is a condensed version of the minutes from the December 18th 2025 for the Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees. A complete copy of the minutes is on file with the Village. Clerk’s Office and posted at the following three places: the Community Hall, U.S. Post Office, and the American Legion’s bulletin boards The next regular meeting will be held on January 8th, 2026 at 7:00pm. Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees convened on December 18th 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The Chair noted the posting location of the Open Meetings Act on the East Wall, as required by law.Members Present: Dennis Hill, Jeff Oehm, Jack Jurgens, Leroy Trease, and Leslie ThomasAlso, Present – Clerk: Kristi BridgfordApproval of the 11/13/2025 Regular Meeting Minutes. Moved by Trease to approve the minutes, Seconded by Hill.Affirmative Vote: Motion Carried. Thomas abstained.Commissioner’s Reports Buildings –nothing to reportFire –Santa Event went well; Donations went to the Milford food pantry and toy donations went to Seward BlueValley Community.Parks – nothing to reportStreets –nothing to report Water/Sewer –Coliform was negative, Sewer Back up on birch, went to manhole to flush it. Appoint Commissioners, Clerk/Treasurer, Village Attorney, Water/Sewer Operator, Building Inspector, Health Board, Nuisance Hearing Officer, and Zoning Admin of Village of Pleasant Dale. Motion by Oehm to keep current seating of Commissioners, Clerk/Treasurer, Village Attorney, Water/Sewer Operator, Building Inspector, Health Board, Nuisance Hearing Officer, and Zoning Admin of Village of Pleasant Dale the same, seconded by Hill.Affirmative Vote: Motion Carried. Fire Dept. Suburban-First rescue truck- no longer use, sometimes use for Fire school. Create a resolution for Sale.
