PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLEASANT DALE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The following is a condensed version of the minutes from the April 10th 2025 regular meeting for the Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees. A complete copy of the minutes is on file with the Village. Clerk’s Office and posted at the following three places: the Community Hall, U.S. Post Office, and the American Legion’s bulletin boards The next regular meeting will be held on May 8th, 2025 at 7:00pm. Pleasant Dale Board of Trustees convened on April 10th 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The Chair noted the posting location of the Open Meetings Act on the East Wall, as required by law. Members Present: Dennis Hill, Jeff Oehm, Jack Jurgens, Leroy Trease and Leslie Thomas. Also, Present – Clerk: Kristi Bridgford Approval of the 3/13/2025 Regular Meeting Minutes. Moved by Hill to approve the minutes, Seconded by Trease. Affirmative Vote: Motion Carried. Commissioner’s Reports Buildings –Weather stripping on overhead door. Check into Ventilation system, adjust new weather-stripping Fire –Easter Egg Hunt went well Parks – 3rd base line dug out in progress. New ball Shed in progress-trees to be planted in park this month, check into electrical issue from previous ball shed Streets –armor coats chip seal-still looking for new vendor-stop signs replace pine and Ash Water/Sewer –water leak by highway 103 and pine-lost power to well-lightning strike blew fuses-more diagnostics ran waiting for bill-water flush April 30th 9an fire dept to help. Other Reports Planning and Zoning –nothing to Report Sheriff’s Report-Emailed to board Building Inspector/Permits –2 active 2 in approval process Business (Review, discuss, approve)Well house Water hook up-$15/1000 gals bulk water price do what we have to get this running. Motion by Oehm to get the well house water hook up, Seconded by Trease. Affirmative Vote: Hill abstained. Motion Carried. AJ fence Special Use Permit-Everything up to standards. Motion by Oehm Seconded by Trease. Affirmative vote: Motion Carried. SSCWM funding support- submit quote for the new trees to see if approved. Water Tanks-tabled Fire Dept. Insurance-tabled Pea Gravel for park-Johnson Sand and gravel. Motion by Oehm Seconded by Jurgens. Affirmative vote: Motion Carried.
