Proceedings from the village of Bee Board of Trustees Regular meeting May 10th, 2023 The following is a condensed form of minutes from the general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees held in the Village Hall. A complete copy of said minutes is on file in the office of the Village and is available for public inspection. The general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees was called to order by Board Chair Shipley at 6:57 p.m. Shipley, Slack, Timblin, Holloway and Odell answered roll call. Village Clerk Honeycutt, as well as a few residents were also present. Notices were posted in three locations. The following motions were made, seconded, and carried by unanimous vote, unless notated: Holloway made a motion that there would be an address to the new Pine Street building with the contingency that the county make that the address, Odell seconded. Had to have a roll call vote. Shipley, yes. Slack, abstained. Timblin, no. Holloway, yes. Odell, yes. Motion carried. New fire fighter J. Hemphill. Summer use of the ballroom overseen by K. Luebbe. Purchase of chemicals for spraying and get ahold of Seward for spraying for mosquitos.
