PROCEEDINGS FROM THE VILLAGE OF BEE BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 12TH, 2025 The following is a condensed form of minutes from the general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees held in the Village Hall. A complete copy of said minutes is available in the office of the Village and is available for public inspection. The general meeting of the Village of Bee Board of Trustees was called to order by Board Chair Shipley at 6:56 p.m. Shipley, S. Craig, Holloway, Simpson and Odell answered the roll call. Village Clerk Honeycutt, as well as a few residents were present. Shipley stated the location of the Open Meetings Act Poster. Notices were posted in three locations. The following motions were made, seconded and carried by unanimous vote unless notated: Witt 360 got the job of cutting the trees down; raise for water/sewer of $50 a month each and $100 a month raise for the clerk/treasurer; Bee Buzz Run 04-13-25; Treasurers report for January, and to pay the following claims: Black Hills 198.95 Utilities; Ball Ins 487.20 VFD Ins Policy; Card Service 91.60 Office supplies; Constellation 376.22 Utilities; Doug’s Heating & Air 16925 FD/VH furnace & a/c; GBE 500 annual payroll; Midwest Auto Parts 101.99 parts; Midwest door & hardware; 93.90 service call; Mutual Aid 50 dues; NPPD 2720.24 utilities; One Call Concept .82 locates; Seward Co.
