Samuels, Mark and Kari (Retzlaff) of Seward, a son, Owen Parker, born Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018, at Memorial Hospital in Seward. He weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Kathy and Dave Draeger of Pierce, Ron Retzlaff of Seward and Dale and Beth Samuels of Poulsbo, Washington. Great-grandmother is Elaine Samuels of Yorba Linda, California. Owen was welcomed home by sister Jordyn, 8, brother Landon, 6, and sister Aspen, 3.
