Official Proceedings of Staplehurst September 29, 2020 The following is a condensed form of minutes. A complete copy is on file at the Village Hall. The Staplehurst Village Board held their monthly meeting at 7:00 P.M. at the village hall. Chairman Thompson called the meeting to order and announced the open meeting act and location in the village hall. Roll call was taken with members present: Thompson, Stava, Blath, Hemphill. The following action were taken approved minutes of the August meeting. No claims were submitted for the fire department. Report 2 Rescue calls 1 fire call. Reported School house sold. SENDD representative was present to explain what programs for grants and what send can do for the Village. JEO representative present to discuss the Well Project and suggestion of next steps. Our Redeemer was present to have village trustees approve application for CCCFF grant for the school.
