NOTICE Windstream Corporation is proposing to construct three new telecommunications tower facilities located in Crete, Saline County, NE. The locations of the three proposed towers are 1018-1000 CO RD 1600, 251 NE-103, and 811-835 RD 2350. Each new facility will consist of a pole with a height of up to 140 feet to support communications infrastructure.
