NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of the County Clerk, Courthouse, Seward, Nebraska, for the construction of a concrete deck slab bridge and other related incidental work. The project site is located on Raymond Road between 350th and 364th, in Seward County, Nebraska. Sealed bids will be received by the Seward County Clerk until 10:00 A.M., on July 29, 2025. Said sealed bids to be addressed to “Seward County Clerk, 529 Seward Street, Seward, Nebraska, 68434” and plainly marked “Construction Bid Proposal – Staplehurst Southwest, C-80(510).” Copies of Bid Documents and Specifications are available at the office of the Seward County Highway Superintendent. All bid proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished with the bid documents. A bid bond or cashier check of 5% of the total bid shall be furnished with the sealed bid. The Seward County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any technicalities. Seward County is a tax-exempt government entity and is not charged any sales tax.
