NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO AMEND CREDIT UNION BYLAWS Notice is hereby given that MembersOwn Credit Union, Lincoln, Nebraska, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Credit Union Act, has filed a request with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance for approval to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership to any and all persons who live, worship, work, regularly conduct business in, attend school, or volunteer in Lancaster, Gage, Jefferson, Saline, Seward, Butler, Saunders, Cass, Otoe, Johnson, Nemaha, Pawnee and Richardson Counties, Nebraska. Objections to this request must be filed with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 “K” Street, Suite 300, P.O. Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68509, within fifteen days after the date of publication scheduled for September 26, 2018.
