NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Public notice is hereby given by the Planning Commission of the City of Seward, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on July 13, 2026, at the Seward Municipal Building, 142 North 7th Street, Seward, Nebraska. Public notice is hereby also given by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Seward, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on July 21, 2026, at the Seward Municipal Building, 142 North 7th Street, Seward, Nebraska. The purpose of both hearings is to obtain public comment prior to the review and consideration of a proposed amendment to the redevelopment plan for the City of Seward, including a specific redevelopment project. The property which is the subject of the public hearings is located generally at 534 N. 10th Street, Seward, Nebraska and is a portion of the property legally described as follows: SEWARD H M & R ADDITION BLOCK 100 #LOTS 1 & 7, ALL LOTS 2-12 & VAC ALLEY (Parcel ID 800087054) All interested parties shall be afforded at each public hearing a reasonable opportunity to express their views regarding the proposed redevelopment plan amendments.
