NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village of Garland Board of Trustees Village of Garland, Nebraska Notice is hereby given that the Village of Garland Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on March 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Village Hall, Garland, Nebraska, to receive public comment regarding Special Permit Application CU-2025-02 submitted by US Cellular requesting approval to construct a cellular communication tower located just north of the Village of Garland within the Garland Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).
