NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (REDEVELOPMENT AREA 3 -GENERAL REDEVELOPMENT PLAN-CITY COUNCIL) Pursuant to the Nebraska Community Redevelopment Act (Nebraska Revised Statutes 18-2115) public notice is hereby given that the City of Seward City Council, will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on August 19, 2025, at the City of Seward Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 142 N 7th Street, Seward, NE 68434. The purpose of the hearing is to consider approval of a general redevelopment plan for Proposed Redevelopment Area 3.
